BKCProHub is an outsourced finance operations and advisory firm serving growing businesses and CPA firms across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. We provide bookkeeping, accounting, tax compliance, payroll processing, Virtual CFO and FP&A services, audit support, and white-label back-office services for CPA firms — delivered through a combination of expert professionals, robust processes, and modern financial technology.
BKCProHub was founded by Khanjan Chhaya, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax, and advisory services. The firm was established in 2014 as a boutique accounting team and has grown to serve 250+ businesses and CPA firms globally, spanning industries including SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, and professional services.
BKCProHub operates with dedicated client success teams in New York, Toronto, Ahmedabad, London, and Singapore — delivering timezone-aligned support to CPA firms and growing businesses across North America, India, the UK, and Asia-Pacific. This distributed model allows us to serve clients with deep understanding of local regulatory and reporting requirements in each market.
We serve two primary client groups. First, growing businesses — typically generating $500K–$30M in annual revenue — across industries including SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, agencies, healthcare, and professional services. Second, CPA firms — accounting and advisory practices that need white-label back-office capacity to scale without adding headcount. Both groups benefit from our end-to-end finance operations model.
BKCProHub operates as a finance operations partner, not a traditional accounting firm. The difference is scale, speed, and scope: we combine accounting expertise with process infrastructure and financial technology to deliver real-time visibility and proactive insights — not just annual compliance. Our white-label model for CPA firms, our multi-jurisdiction capability (US, Canada, India, UK, and Singapore), and our Virtual CFO service layer set us apart from firms focused purely on compliance.
The easiest way to start is to book a free 30-minute consultation via our website. We’ll discuss your current finance operations, what you’re looking to improve or outsource, and which of our services — bookkeeping, tax, payroll, Virtual CFO, audit support, or CPA back-office — is the right fit. Most engagements are live within 1–2 weeks of the initial call.
BKCProHub’s outsourced bookkeeping starts from $99/month for simple, single-entity businesses and scales up based on complexity. Our most popular Structured tier — covering multiple accounts, sales tax, financial dashboard, and advisory calls — starts from $599/month, saving clients 40% or more compared to local accounting firms.
Transaction volume is a poor proxy for the actual effort required. A business with 50 complex intercompany transactions is far more demanding than one with 500 straightforward retail sales. Pricing by complexity means you pay for what actually drives cost — not an arbitrary number that penalises business growth.
Fully managed outsourced payroll for up to 10 employees starts at $199/month for single-state businesses and $349/month for multi-state operations. This includes everything — payroll processing, tax withholding, direct deposit, year-end forms, and compliance filings. Local managed payroll equivalents typically cost $350–$600/month for the same headcount.
BKCProHub’s Virtual CFO advisory add-on starts from $599/month. This includes monthly strategy sessions, cash flow forecasting, KPI design, FP&A support, and investor-ready reporting. A full-time CFO in the USA typically costs $150,000–$300,000 per year — a fractional Virtual CFO gives you the same strategic insight at a fraction of that cost.
There are no surprise setup fees. Our engagements are on annual retainer terms for the best pricing, but you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. We believe long-term relationships are earned through consistent value — not locked in by contracts.
Yes. All Track 1 tiers are priced in USD, CAD, and GBP. Our Canadian pricing begins at CA$129/month (Essential) and our UK pricing at £79/month — both representing 40–67% savings compared to equivalent local accounting firm rates in those markets. Use the currency switcher above to see your local pricing.
CPA firms using our BackOffice Pro white-label service pay from $599 per client per month, compared to a local equivalent staff cost of $1,500+ per client — a saving of up to 60%. Firms using our StaffFirst dedicated FTE model save up to 68% versus equivalent US onshore hiring costs across all roles from bookkeeper to controller.
We work across all major accounting platforms including QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, Wave Accounting, and NetSuite at no additional charge. A small enterprise software premium applies for Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo ERP, and similar enterprise-grade platforms to cover the additional integration and training overhead.
Accounting & Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable / P2P, Accounts Receivable / O2C, Payroll, Tax & Compliance, FP&A & Virtual CFO, and Audit Support. CPA firms can also engage us for back-office delivery, either as a dedicated team or as flexible support. Each function is designed to run on its own or alongside the others, so you take only what you need.
Yes. Most clients begin with a single function — usually Accounting & Bookkeeping or Payroll — and add capabilities as the business grows. Scope and team size are reviewed as your volumes and reporting needs change, so you can extend coverage or add entities without rebuilding the finance function.
We work with clients across five countries — the United States, Canada, India, the United Kingdom and Singapore — with our primary markets in the US, Canada and the UK. We handle IRS, CRA and HMRC requirements, and we support cross-border businesses that file in more than one jurisdiction.
Yes. We review your current records, agree a handover plan and take over without interrupting your reporting cycle. If the books are behind, catch-up work is scoped as part of onboarding. You keep full access to your systems throughout — we work as your finance team, not as a gatekeeper.
Businesses engage us to run their finance function directly. CPA firms engage us as back-office capacity behind their own brand — we work to the firm’s processes and templates, deliver everything back to the firm for review and sign-off, and never contact the firm’s clients. Professional responsibility for that work remains with the firm.
Yes. We work inside your existing accounting software rather than moving you onto ours, and you retain full access at all times. You can run your own reports and grant read-only access to your tax adviser, lender or investors whenever you need to.
You work with a named lead for your account, supported by a reviewer and an engagement manager. That structure gives you a consistent point of contact day to day and cover during leave and peak periods, so delivery does not depend on one person being available.
Work follows documented processes with a maker–checker review, so what one person prepares another reviews. Reconciliations, approval trails and exception reporting are built into the regular cycle, and system access is controlled and logged. Our team brings 40+ years of combined finance experience across the jurisdictions we serve.
Access is granted only to the systems and records needed for the agreed scope, controlled per person and logged. We sign confidentiality agreements before any work begins, and data is handled in line with the requirements of the jurisdictions we operate in, including GDPR in the UK and EU and PIPEDA in Canada. We never share or sell client data to third parties.
We work in your existing channels — email, shared drives, and your accounting and document systems — with a reporting rhythm agreed at onboarding. Response times and escalation points are set out in your engagement, so expectations are clear on both sides from the start.
Onboarding begins with a scoping session, followed by system access, documentation of your processes and a review of your current records. Depending on the service and the state of those records, most engagements are live within one to four weeks. A backlog or a clean-up extends that, and we tell you the expected timeline before work starts.
If we make an error we take ownership and correct it, including any downstream adjustments, and we do not charge you to fix our own mistakes. Issues are escalated through your engagement manager, and where a process gap caused the problem we document the change so it does not recur.
Tell us what you need and we’ll come back with a straight answer — no obligation.
